Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Kawa Club tags attached to ensure the return is accepted and processed correctly.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
